The Coronary Angiogram is a minimally invasive procedure that is used to help your cardiologist determine any heart problems. By inserting a catheter in the radial artery – located in the wrist – and guiding it towards the heart, we use a special dye to expose any blockages near the heart muscle. This dye appears on an x-ray taken during the angiogram, which will be used to analyze any coronary risks.
