The Echocardiogram (Echo Test) is an ultrasound test that provides images of a patient’s heart. Understanding the structure and functioning capability of a patient’s heart can expose certain abnormalities – such as unusual masses around the heart, structural abnormality of heart valves, fluid build up, and/or any heart muscle damage.
