This test allows the doctor to see the vasculature, or arrangement of the veins, for the treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease. Peripheral Angiography uses X-rays and dye to allow the doctor to find narrowed places or blockages in arteries supplying blood to the legs. The dye creates contrast on the X-ray and makes blockages easier to find.
